By accessing or using ROVE IPTV’s services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
ROVE IPTV provides an internet protocol television (IPTV) subscription service that delivers live and on-demand media content, including television channels, movies, and series, via the internet. Access to the Service requires compatible devices and a stable internet connection.
2.1. Content Availability
Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice. We strive to provide a diverse range of content but do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or program.
2.2. Service Quality
While we aim for high-definition, buffer-free streaming through our premium servers, the quality of the stream may be affected by your internet speed, device compatibility, and other external factors.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1. Account Usage
Your ROVE IPTV account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing account details, multiple simultaneous logins beyond your subscription plan, or unauthorized resale of services is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of your service.
4. Billing and Payments
Subsciptions are billed on a recurring basis as per your chosen plan. You authorize ROVE IPTV to charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
4.1. Price Changes
ROVE IPTV reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the Service.
- Attempting to bypass content protection technologies.
- Using the Service for public performances or commercial purposes.
- Engaging in any activity that interferes with other users’ enjoyment of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ROVE IPTV or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ROVE IPTV does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ROVE IPTV, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
ROVE IPTV reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
